  • *sigh* I'm glad we're friends. K. I have to go proctor med student exams now. Not because I like to say the word proctor, but because I'ma make some sweet sweet dolla dolla bills, knowhaI'msayin. Otherwise I'd keep talking to you ...or myself, whoever I'm talking to. I love onions. Bye.

  • @TheChristyKelley Get that paper! Dolla Dolla Bill Y'all.

  • @updowngroupfood One more day of proctoring tomorrow. It's good money and as for the research I should be doing, well, neuroscience can pretend it's Paul Reubens and go do itself ZING!! HEY-OHHHHH

  • @TheChristyKelley I used to live up the street from a woman who was a puppeteer on Pee Wee's Playhouse. Her puppet was the Pterodactyl. She got a strange vibe from working on that show. When you hear the secret word scream real loud okay?

  • Great video, however, I have a suggestion. If you start, after you have halved the onion, by cutting the onion vertically followed by doing your horizontal slices, the onion will stay together better and not begin to fall apart as seen in this video.

  • @nokdapride It's a toss up. No matter which way you slice it there will be issues. So I say do it whatever way you like. Freedom is a wonderful thing. Thanks for watching and commenting. Peace!

  • Onions are amazing food by the way. I can't believe I forgot to add that. ...sometimes my mentor (= senior scientist I work for) writes APP as ASS in emails to me. Completely by accident. I just accidentally mis-typed 'add', but then I corrected it because grandmothers sometimes pursue the internet.

  • I can't do vids on the otchacha channel because I can't log in. Otherwise I would gladly make some - grad school is boring as hell.

  • @RQQQP The kitchen Ninja is strong within you. I bet your soup stocks are fierce. Thanks for watching and commenting. Peace! Enjoy your cooking.

  • Great video... might want to remind people to save that first layer or other remains (minus the skin) - to save for soup stock. (I keep a bag in the freezer full of celery, carrot and onion ends (and occasional dill, cilantro or parsley ends, stems) ~ when I'm ready to make either veggie or chicken stock, I get out the stock bag and voila! Thanks again!
