The Rinnegan has to be my fav out of all the rest, muhaha. I could/would have been a much better Pain than The real one.

Those who got the mangekyou sharingan can't do Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu or Susano'o.... Only Itachi can use those becasue he created them buy his own and is special for his eyeform... Kakashis eye for im diffrent and makes a driffrent justsu that makes another dimension on the point he looks at...
