Vampire has more power than human being, so if superboy becomes a vampire he will be stronger than he is.

Because they're magical beings a vampire can pierce Clark's skin - BUT he can not be turned due to him NOT being human. And also it would NOT be a good idea for a vampire to bite Superman/Superboy, due to his cells absorbing sunlight, because that would be like biting into pure sunlight - UV rays and all.
