To some people, the Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 is just a long trip through the desert. To JMG and our client, BFGoodrich Tires, it means a lot more.
In 2011 it meant: a 91 member pit crew providing support for 5 pits, over 3000 gallons of race fuel, 178 vehicles serviced, 501 meals served at those pits, 22 communications people on the Baja Peninsula and in South Carolina, 35 European guest and 5 host hotels.
Sounds like a lot of work? You bet. Would we do it again tomorrow? Without question.
