The Heart is Beautiful - Episode 03 - part 01

Trevor's heart weakens at an alarming rate, far more rapidly than his sister's did, making the wait for a heart far more urgent. His rare blood type results in him having to wait for more than a year for a donor heart. Eventually a donor heart is found in Johannesburg and the Gird family is rushed to Cape Town to be with Trevor when the transplant takes place. The operation is successful and Trevor's life is saved with days to spare.
