@ShadowHunter31 how do you know this?
-
@ETKCShark Superman Prime (or Gold Superman Prime) was able to transfer a small portion of his powers to his descendants only because of his powers and knowledge. Superman Prime (who is Modern Superman after living for a million years) created the Super Sun and he was so powerful that he went knocking at the Gates of Heaven to ask for the soul of Lois which they gave to him. Superman Prime was friend with the Source itself.

@severecold1 About? Superman getting more powerful under a blue sun?
-
@ShadowHunter31 can you tell me how you know this and if theres like a tv series or comic book or something cause it sounds very interesting
-
@ETKCShark No. He does get stronger under a blue sun. It was stated in the past many times.
-
@ShadowHunter31 He doesnt get stronger under a blue sun he is able to transfer powers to others under a blue sun
-
@ShadowHunter31 But he wasn't the real original superman as in the creators lost control of that chracter and after they left he gained that power so technically no he didn't have the ability.
-
@mayhem9024 Kal-L is Golden Age Superman. It was stated and it did keep with continuity. What the fuck are you talking about?
-
@ShadowHunter31 Supes didn't gain the ability to fly until the 1940s golden age something that angered his creators and by the way infinite crisis doesn't really count because it isn't detailing those actual adventures it really idn't even keep with that continuity.
-
@mayhem9024 Original? You mean Golden Age. And that's not even Original. Pre-Crisis was able to move galaxies. I'm talking about the Superman of today. Modern Superman. By the way, Golden Age Superman can fly. Read Infinite Crisis.

@GemStealth Superman turns down pussy all the time. Now THAT'S superstrength...

People always talk about how Superman can't be related to because he's so pure and good when in fact he has a rather interesting conflict. He must always wrestle with the temptation to take full advantage of his powers and impose his will or enslaving people for "a greater good." He also has issue with living up to people's grand expectations of him as some "higher than thou" power. Batman's pushes himself to be more than human, Superman is trying to connect to humanity as an outsider.
