  • that was pretty cool, but those are called cyclones

  • I always thought only tom meents could do a "cyclone", since he was the originator.

  • wrong lyle hancook was the originator of cyclones and is still the donut king

  • I dont ever remember hearing anyone call lyle hancocks donuts a "cyclone" But I could be wrong, he is a little old school for me :p

  • You got most of it right, EXCEPT Charlie Pauken created the No steering wheel donut, there is a vid of it on here look under my favs.

  • never knew that most likly because i was born in 95 lol. but hey thank you for the info i would have never had know that

  • @racinboy234567 mike nitzche was doing no-steering wheel donuts in thunder national events in the late '90s in rambo.

  • i rember my 4th trip to this very arena in the vid he did his donuts with out the wheel so long he blew his transmission and had to sit out the rest of the night =(

  • wow never knew that! thanks!

  • wrong Bruce haney was the first person to do the no steering wheel donuts. he was doing them back in 02 while geroge raced quad wars

  • Tom Meents patented the cyclone. "Goldberg's patented cyclones here we go!" every time Meents spun a good donut back when he drove Goldberg. Lyle Hancock was famous for backwards donuts and John Seasock created the no-hands donuts and George Belhan created the no-steering wheel donut. Other drivers have done these moves though. Lyle Hancock was one of the first drivers to do a power donut but Meents was the one that became famous for "cyclones." Correct me if any info is wrong.

  • yea, he's the one that made it but there's alot of other people that do it too though, there pretty crazy
