Sledgehammer training is an excellent way to exercise but using Tabata protocol for sledgehammer training really works well. Tabatas are sets of 20 seconds work alternated with 10 seconds of rest and are named after a famous Japanese exercise scientist who discovered the method. In this video I do 10 sets of swings and by the end I'm goosed!
