@Sileosoltice all the zelda games are awesome, except the zelda games for the cdi. (the cdi games were terrible, so here's a joke: what cdi zelda games? yeah, those games they never existed.) Anyway i have been a zelda fan ever since the first time i played one. of the 3d zelda games skyward sword is in my opinion THE BEST. of the NES-SNES era alink to the past is generally considered the best and i agree. n64 era majora's mask was the best, but ocarina of time is more nostalgic.

sure ocarina of time is amazing, but no zelda game has trumped majora's mask, ever, in my opinion. after taking off nostalgia goggles i realized this. it is possibly the darkest zelda game to come out, and it has a far more 3 dimensional story to it. the shear amount of depth to the major characters and their personalities is shocking. few games have this depth, the metal gear solid series is an example.

@Sileosoltice Well, I've been a Legend of Zelda fan and a video gamer generally since I was a kid. All Legend of Zelda games are fantastic, it's the kind of games that you get connected emotionally to, like Final Fantasy 7 etc. In particular, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is in my opinion simply the best single player game I've played and the only one that has actually made me cry at the end. Just play them. If you like video games, there is no chance you won't like Zelda.
