My budgie 1 hour before his passing

Dúi has been with us about 14 years, we had his mother and father too. Dúi hatched last of his siblings and we decided to keep him. We also kept his younger brother Tumi which also hatched last in the next hatching season.
Dúi became weak about 2 days prior to his death, all he wanted was to sleep somewhere warm (my hand, my shoulder against my neck or in my lap). When he died he was sleeping on my shoulder and my mom wanted to take a look at him, he got startled and flew towards my desk where he fell down. I noticed he lost his equlibrium, I picked him up and watched him struggling with his last breaths, he died in my hand few seconds after. :(
