The expert may have known what she was doing. But the filming was poorly done. You couldn't see how she made the letter. There was too many distractors in the video: other jewelry, tape measure, tools she wasn't using.

When seeing the word expert, there's an expectation of good filming as well as a knowledgeable guest.

She has a very soothing voice, and she explained it very calmly and clearly. But the camerawork messed it all up!!

I´ve never seen such a poorly done intsrution video, you mumbled, you fumbled with the wire as if you´d never made anything before and you didn´t teach us anything. The final straw was the fact you didnt even show the final piece . I hope you get fired, theres nothing worse than incompetence!!!!
