Till Death Do They Part -An Arranged Big Time Rush Marriage Story- Chapter 1

"ASHLEY!" Kendall screamed as he jerked up in bed sweating and shaking; he had that nightmare again. He ran his fingers through his golden locks as his other hand placed over his bare chest, trying to steady his breath. "God damn it..." he muttered to himself. Ever since that night at the peer, he hasn't gotten much sleep... even if it was a year ago....
His old, horrifying memories had stopped as his phone blared. He groaned and meet the clock on his bedside; 15:56. James is going to be so pissed, he missed the concert, the goodbye to their best childhood friend, and the bachelor part for the Latino they had ben best friends with since middle school; how could he sleep that much?
"Damn it to Hell." He cursed at himself, reaching across the bed to pick up his phone. (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=39124234) Kendall could not help but to chuckle at the picture. When he showed it to his sister and brothers, they had called him gay and thought Kendall was in the same bed as James; it took him an hour to explain he had zoomed in on James, but he enjoyed his sister's slid remarks. Kendall accepted the call and put it on speaker so he could get up and get dressed for the remaining of the day; he picked up the phone, set it on the dresser, and began looking for his clothes. "Hey, Dude, what's up?" Kendall asked. "Oh, don't even 'dude' me! You missed the concert last night!" James snapped. Kendall knew he was with Juliet by the after running in the background; he sighed as he slipped on a clean, plain white shirt and a red-plaid flannel shirt. "Oh, was that last night? See, I had—" before Kendall could finish his excuse, James interrupted. "Don't, Kendall. Last night was the only night Logan was free before he went back to Washington! Carlos is getting married in a few days and I just got back from the airport! Man, what the hell happened to you?" James snapped; Kendall stopped rooming through his dresser for a pair of jeans as his best friend barked at him. "Kendall, ever since that night happened... you've been... different. C'mon, man, it's been a year and you know damn well Ash would want you to move on and find someone else." James said calmly. Kendall's eyes snapped shut as he heard her nickname, trying to hold back the fighting tears building in his eyes. "I got to go, James. Have fun with Juliet." Was all he said before ending the call. He ran his fingers through his hair once again. He nearly slammed his head onto the mirror when his phone rang once again. He slammed his fist on the dresser, causing a few of his cologne bottles to spill over, but at this point, he could care less. Then he saw it was Katie, he sighed and answered her call. "Hey, Kitty, you called?" He tried hiding the anger in his voice along with his sadness, but he failed, even though Katie hadn't noticed. "Yeah, just wanted to let you know Mom and Dad want you to come over for dinner tomorrow. They said they had a 'special surprise' for you." She used air quotes even though he couldn't see her, but Kendall got the picture anyways. "Thanks, but um... why didn't they just call themselves?" "Cause you change your phone number every day!" "I do not! I just gave them the wrong number because I hate them and I would like to be left alone. Mom's always smothering me!" "Cause she feels sorry, she feels heartbroken to see her baby boy so sad." Kendall rolled his eyes as he heard Katie giggles in the background. "Whatever. I'll be there." "Awesome! Anyways, how you doing? You sound a bit pissed off?" "I'm still breathing, ain't I?" "True, but you seem like a few inches away from strangling yourself just to see Ashley once again." Now, anyone who had just heard that besides Kendall would have laughed and thought she was kidding, but to Kendall and the rest of their friends and family knew she was serious; Kendall had already nearly tried killing himself numerous of times. "Kendall?" Katie's voice snapped Kendall out of his life-threatening memories. "Huh? Oh, yeah, what is it, Katie?" "I love you, remember that." "I know you do, I love you too, Kitty." He smiled as they hung up. He loved his little sister, from the day she come home from the hospital in that little pink blanket. He also stood by her side when she was picked on for having glasses, fighting off bitchy teenager girls, helping her over a boy or heartbreak; he was always there for her no matter what.




Sorry if this one isn't the best, writing the first part's always tricky.
