Another morning session, hoop time carved out between getting my girl to school and taking care of my sweet husband in the hospital. I found that the days that I hooped went better as I was more optimistic and patient with the system. It looks like my husband will be coming home on my birthday. What more could I ask for?

everything about this is pure delight ! nothing you do is simple , but Beth, you make it look so effortless. Your use of body always puts me in a trance. I love the spins at the end. gorgeous.
