@MrAxSAP Usally you would alter the 5th to a sharp or flat 5th, and you could alter the 9th to a flat or sharp 9th, or a combination of the two approaches. A nice scale to use here is the altered dominant scale: 1 b9 #9 3 b5 b6 and b7. As you can see it includes all the altered notes:-)
