Hard diamonds are as follows, One north of goka falls, I had to get a convoy truck from petroSahel and drive it up to the side of that one to get it. And one by the fort there is a "rock bridge" but you need to make a jump from a large rock by the fort to get to it. Any other "hard" ones just look everywhere for a hanglider if all else fails :)

I don't think there's a diamond in Fresh Fish (Center). There are 112 diamonds, and I'm stuck on 111, but the last diamond I need is in the Northwest area, not the Fresh Fish area.

@Impulse9090 That diamond is character specific, Mine was fresh fish..... yours will be different. there is one wildcard diamond. Hope this help you!
