@SL4VE0WNER1904619 Are you serios. Here are his records with the Bucs: 6-10, 10-6, 8-8, 11-5, 10-6, 9-7. He went to the playoffs four times. Before he got there, the Bucs only went three times in the history of the franchise. He is by far the best coach in franchise history. He, along with Monte Kiffin, did basically invent the Tampa-2 defense, which is why its called Tampa-2.

What has dungy done? Are you kidding me? His Cover 2 defense (including Monte Kiffin) is mimicked through out American football. There are approx. 25 teams in the NFL that try to copy it, he has won a superbowl as a player and a coach. He built the Buccaneers that also won a Super bowl. He holds a record of most consecutive playoff appearances in the NFL.
That is just the beginning.
