Oh! I'm so bummed I'm trying to watch another one of my favorite episodes, and I can't. I get as far as Ali saying oh my gosh look it, it's going to start down pouring. then the video just freezes. I can't go forward can go back though. I'm on a brand new laptop. Any suggestions? for this to play for me

@lindadev2004 , It's playing for me with no problem so it's not the video. Only ting I would suggest would be to reload and then once the video starts pause it and wait 'til the video fully loads and the little red line shows it's downloaded all the way to the end of the video & then press play. Hope this helps.~Nikki
