The Car Danchi crew are back again in 2009 with another edition of the infamous "Danchi" series.
As the global economy spiraled into chaos, the Car Danchi crew paid the rent by filling up their tanks with gasoline and hitting the road. Its was going to be another long winter of exploration, searching for "Japow" on the North Island, Hokkaido. Cash flow was tight, but nature saw fit to make plentiful the white gold! As jobs were lost and corporations crumbled we lived by the motto, "he who sleeps in his car gets first tracks!" So here in your hands is our collective achievement, our progression through recession. A 45 minute movie, filmed entirely with a borrowed HD camera due to budget cuts. Hitch a ride and follow the crew as they spend the 2009 season weathering storms and freeriding like it's still 1989! Start your engines were keeping the dream alive.
