Dancing and Playing on my Bellicon Bungee Rebounder. Read more about rebounding on my blog:

I Love Rebounding! It is Fun! It Gives Energy! It Builds Bone Density! It Increases Lung Capacity! It is Low Impact! It Moves & Shakes the Lymphatic System.
-----------------------------------------------------------
I have tried many rebounders over the years and once I tested the Bellicon 3 years ago I felt that I had never even rebounded. I was rebounding because I knew it was good to do. Finally with Bellicon I knew in every cell of my body why bouncing on a mini trampoline is by far the best exercise on the planet!
-----------------------------------------------------------
While it is quite an investment for the Bellicon model, it is priceless because in only 15 minutes a day you can feel great, build bone density, stimulate the lymphatic system, breathe deeper and smile more. It is better to walk in my opinion than use other rebounders on the market. Cheaper rebounders jar the joints and lead to potential injury. With bellicon you feel the anti gravity, the soft bounce and feel the difference in seconds.
