I am proud to say that Johann Strauss is in my family tree, obviously as a very, very great uncle and yes this is one of his beautiful pieces. That was beautifully played! Thank you for sharing.

Today I listened to about 20 renditions of this music piece. The best was by Andre Rieu in his Vienna concert. This is by far the most accomplished solo piano rendition that I have heard. There is also a great accordion rendition too. It seems to come down to a perfect walz tempo, and ability to create sustained sound, and a proper spread of the melody across the keyboard spectrum. Congratulations on a great performance.

LOVE the way you play !!! I used to play the piano with the Columbus Symphony Orchestra 30 years ago, when it was still good! Your style reminds me of my own playing all those years ago...
