Yeah, I think the effects and framing/shooting is really good, just work on the story (if you already haven't). Make it more realistic. Give background to the characters. Don't make the audience just have to assume that the mimes are bad guys and the superheroes just happen to team up, or that they even have super powers. Give more detail. A good example of a more realistic superhero indie flick is PoPS (Platoon Of Power Squadron). But it definitely has potential!!!

Your camerawork and effects are pretty good. My only problem is that I watched this for over 4 minutes and I have no clue what the story is about. I think you should get rid of the narration and tell the story through the clips and you might really have something here.
Again . . . good job on the camera and effects . . . and the girl playing Jenny is hot as hell ;)
