not really, women usually uncover their body and wear some kind of provocative clothing because they like to look beautiful and men like them which means "seduction" weather they admit it or not it still seduction, but it just like striptease dance.. watch but don't touch!!!!!!!

@cairo4448 you can't deny how being naked or semi-naked seduce a man - normal man - it is not a reason to rape her yes but it is a motive for perversion and it is her fault too, you can't put food in front of a very hungry person and you expect he will not try to eat it!!! got it!!, anyway just look at this matter as two parts, one belong to woman's responsibility and other to man's responsibility, both sides must do their own duty to keep moral up.

@Sallis1982 No I'm not exaggerating at all. Just because a woman is naked on the street for whatever reason she shouldn't be harassed or raped. She should be arrested ofcourse because it's public indecency,but she definitely shouldn't be harassed or raped and if someone thinks a woman is asking for it just because she's not wearing anything or wearing too little is wrong.
