  • Hey, man. I figured I'd reply to you here instead of on someone else's video... : ) You were right, man. I like your tone quite a bit. Better than that of the other video...shhhh... : P Great playing as well! Thumbs up.

  • @twilightdagger appreciate it, man!

  • I'm putting on my faded jeans, Reeboks, and my white motorcycle jacket with tassles on the arms right now. Ha ha! Nice job. How do you like the JP? I played one awhile back and wasn't to crazy about it. A different feel I guess.

  • @BT71guitar Hahaha, good stuff, and thanks. The JP is definitely a different flavor; that's for sure. The neck is small which feels great every time I pick it up and the darn thing plays fastl. It sets up super low because the frets are finished so well (much like a guitar in that price range should). I like the different assets that it throws into my bag of tricks alot too. The pickups have considerably less output than emgs, the evolutions (JEM) and the duncans that I have. to be cont...

  • @BT71guitar Back to the JPX...that guitar is a totally different animal than the rest of the petrucci's. It's an alder body with a maple top and an ebony fretboard. Plus the body is a bit larger than his older signature guitars. I guess it's chambered too. I don't know but it fricken sings, man. Sweet smooth tones just seem to fly out of it. :) I am not crazy about the fact that theres no locking nut but I abuse the trem once in a while and it's still actually pretty good for tuning stability.

  • Sounds amazing! Just hand over your gear and We won't have any problems =)

  • @slimerandtheslob Haha! Thanks. :)
