Summer of Change '08

The proposed California state budget 2008-2009 calls for cuts across most departments, including the Department of Education. The Department of Education funds state mandated Child Nutrition programs such as the School Breakfast start-up grants program, and the Meal Supplement for Pregnant and Lactating Students Program. This video encourages California voters to sign a petition to let state government know that Californians consider child nutrition programs a state priority.
