  • so why is the "NSEA Protector" from the movie GALAXY QUEST in this star trek clip of yours @ 0:08? LOL

  • @nxmoparmatt84 Because I like this ship, it's exciting!

  • how did you make the Enterprise and everything stretch right before it jumps to warp? I'm trying to get the same results in after effects by using trapcode shine, but it isn't doing the trick. Optics compensation?

  • @HighwaySurfer No, that's standart radial blur with "zoom" option.

  • What program do you make this with? Makes me wanna try lol.

  • @CptChaos47 3dsmax, mental ray render.

  • love the Galaxy Quest cameo

  • I love that the NSEA Protector is at space dock. I've always thought it had a motion picture Trek look about it. Basically it's a Constitution class refit engineering hull and warp engine pylons with a Vulcan derived warp engine ring. Maybe when the Thermians went back through the black hole after dropping off the humans in Galaxy Quest they ended up in the mid 23 century and perhaps their ship and it's technology was the basis for all of starfleets upgrades at that time. It could (will) happen.

  • It's good bud, but way to much camera shake.

  • this is jaw droppingly good.

  • @nxmoparmatt84 Haha I saw it, too!

  • looking great!

  • @nxmoparmatt84 I noticed the ship but had forgotten where it came from, nice catch.

  • @enterprise1476 Practical? Look at the other designs, the only two "practical" ones were the D and the E. The nacelle pylons were thick and short while the A's were thin and tall.

As for the brewery for engineering, they did it because they didn't have enough money for the real one.

  • @Username3141519 to many curves its not practical and a brury for an engineering? please

  • I hate the new noise the normal one sounds more powerful
