@mrofed I really would like to know why? You pay more for a greater bandwidth, hence you get a faster connection speed. If you pay less, you don't deserve as much capacity as somebody who's paying more.
Would it be 'fair' to you if you are paying more for a specific connection speed compared to somebody who's paying less for the same connection speed?
