  • she could be wearing shorts under her dress.cause dancers and singers wear shorts under a skirt or dress when they are preforming live

  • are you kidding? you think that this is bump and grind music? wow...fergie is one of the greatest artists today and is my favorite singer in the world. I think you people need to come to a realization that music has changed and she wasn't even inappropriate...and neither was her dress. that dress wasn't even that short...get over it.

  • I agree, HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE. Standing on a stage above her audience with that little dress on, those in the front could probably see right up there. Geez! The decision to have her perform sure wasn't in the interest of small children. If they are not embarrassed in hindsight , they sure ought to be.

  • What a dumb idea to have this person sing for children. It's sad when our First Lady allows this kind of cheap music at a family event. The First Lady is the host of the Easter Egg roll and oks all entertainment. Bet she wouldn't book Fergie for state dinner.

  • Fergie lacks class. She's proven it before when she performed in front of kids. Tacky, plain and simple.

  • Yeah, while I do love Fergie, it probably not the best idea for a kid's event... she's getting a bit old to be bumping around in a dress like that.. weird choice.. classy can be sexy too...

  • HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE____

This was HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE for an event aimed at children under 10 years old. Many families walked away in disgust. What were they thinking when they allowed this? In the future I hope the Obamas don't endorse "bump and grind" music at one of the White House's oldest traditions. The event was for children...not ego driven pop stars.
