well i'd say they are like i said some people consider certain cards staples and some don't

Just so you know if you had five spell/traps on the feild you couldnt use MST because your spell/trap zones would be full

but i think there are staples that everybody consider them to be

get it straight, solemn judgment and dark bribe ARE NOT staple.

u use those if u can, and nothing can protect you much from a solemn, and dark bribe will +1 on theyre part, depending on how you use it, and dark bribe only negates a simple spell or trap, nothing else.

having costs, just costs more, its not a good idea.

better staples are like mirror force, these days stardust dragon has become staple, and many other stuff in the video, for example heavy storm to pop the backfield.
