It depends on the gun you're using and where you shoot them. The Vice 9 (Weakest pistol) will take a while if you aim at the body or limb. But head shots will tend to drop people quicker. It also depends on the enemy. Civilians go down easy while swat and FBI can take more bullets.

hm... so is gun damage to people somewhat realistic? looks like they're going down fast. i hate games where people take so many rounds to die...
