So, after whupping her first two forms, she goes into ger third form, and this is where things can get messy.
She will have six cores surrounding her which protect her against all types of attacks. This also means she gets seven attacks per turn, which will most likely finish you off, if not severely wound you. She also uses spells like vanity and blood curse to cause status effects to your party, which is why null charm and panic were needed to stop vanity from being too harmful.
Before concentrating on Hari-Hara herself, you have to get rid of the cores, and the best way to do that is to get rid of one core first, then have your strongest magic person (most likely Argilla,) to use an all-hit spell to take out the rest of the cores in one hit. This leaves Hari-Hara with only one attack, not inlcuding the turn she uses summoning a core. If you manage to keep it so only one core is ever out, it leaves her completely vulnerable.
Be warned though, if you allow three cores to appear after disposing of all of them, she'll use an attack which pretty much kills your party in one hit, so don't let it happen.
Ultimately, she's not much of a problem, hunger wave can be an annoyance, but it very rarely affects all three characters at once.
