Unfortunately I do not have the 78 on hand so I can provide a Label Pic or any further Info!.
Disc was in usual pitiful state, so expect some 'bumps', ive smoothed out things as much as i could without taking too much of the noise away as that would adversely effect the timbre of the music and make it sound 'underwater', Its been played to death gouging out the grooves a bit introducing some distortion, So deal with the noise!, I have removed quite a lot already!

sounds like a bit to much noise removal on this one. The noise seems to waver in and out if that makes sense.
