My version of a solid state John Bedini battery charger.
This charger puts out pure static electricity. Here I am experimenting with charging tap water. The meter says I am pushing 40 volts at 1100hz to the water across the plates. If you add baking soda to the water, the voltage goes down to 4.0 volts and 500hz. The circuit automatically adjusts to find the perfect frequency and never gets warm, regardless of what you are using it for.
This particular charger, when run freely without a charging battery, puts out a measured 400 volts. When you hook up the charger to a battery or an HHO cell, the voltage and frequency automatically adjusts to whatever you are charging.
For example, you can charge a 6 volt battery, or a 48 volt battery with this charger, because it will automatically scale down to whatever it is you are trying to charge, depending on the condition of your battery and the resistance across the plates. A really bad battery will show extremely high voltage when you first start charging it, because the resistance is very high (too much corrosion between the plates).
This charger will "cold boil" a lead acid car battery, or HHO cell. That is how you know that the battery is done charging.
On a good battery, there will not be any boiling for several hours. At some point the voltage will climb very high and the battery will begin boiling rapidly. This is called "cold boiling" because you are not using any amperage at all to get the battery to boil. When the battery begins boiling, it indicates a fully charged condition.
This charger can also be used for the Joe cell, or Stanley Meyer hydrogen cell. This charger puts out "negative" electricity or "cold current" which is associated with free energy. It would make sense to use this with the Joe cell, perhaps providing results that far exceed expectations. Cold electricity devoid of current does different things during the electrolysis process.
When you use cold current to charge things, the actual chemical reaction is different. The plates oxidize differently, the electrolyte is chemically altered, and a different type of electricity is actually introduced into the battery or hydrogen cell.

The circuit on this charger is unique because it does not require any adjustments. This special circuit automatically adjusts its own frequency depending on what you are charging. It adjusts to the perfect frequency.
Coil charging time is called "dwell." If you charge the coil longer than it needs to be charged for, (incorrect dwell) then the primary coil will get hot and you will waste all of the input power in the form of heat. It is really easy to make a solid state radiant charging circuit that runs hot. I've seen many plans on the internet which do not address the issue of dwell. As such, they are a complete waste, because the chargers run so hot they require a huge aluminum heat sink.
Radiant chargers are designed to create high voltage, not amperage. You should not require any heat sinks on anything, and if you do, the circuit is not designed correctly. If your circuit runs hot, anything above ambient, then you are wasting power. This particular circuit never runs above ambient temperature, no matter what you are charging. It automatically adjusts and tunes perfectly, going anywhere from 400 to 1500 hz, depending on the impedance of the battery or hydrogen cell being charged.
