I agree. Congress has not done its job. They are partially to blame now too.

If the congress and senate had acted when this information first came out, and made absolutly sure that this sort of thing did not continue everything would have been fine. Now however anyone who did not try to act is almost just as guilty as the triad of evil. I fear that we have went down a path that will be very painfull to reverse. A part of our American soul was revealed the part that would sacrifice morals for security. We must start a war crimes trial in this contry.

You know.. interrogation with water doesn't have to be just water-boarding, where you make them think you're drowning them. It could be water-scalding, where you make the "enemy combatant" think you're boiling them. Given this amoral administration's penchant for sadism, I wouldn't put anything past them.

you're right... but waterboarding is a particular concern because evidently there is a presidential order allowing it. if there is any justice, that man will be tried and convicted in an international court.

I was a sophmore in highschool when some agreement was made ,and it was the last time I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America in a public classroom. I vowed to protect and defend a constitution we as a nation do not abide by. America is gone, and I'm sorry to say , we deserve it, because it belonged to us, all of us, and we did not fight to keep it.
