It seems that Azerbaijani authorities do not understand that by doing that they contribute to the growth of the religious anti-government groups, some of whom may use violence to show their protest and discontent. Violence breeds violence, and in the end we can end up with the vicious circle.
Unfortunatelly there is no freedom in Azerbaijan.... :-/
