@Samee1010 , the instructions are very straight forward as shown in video ...
ingredients: soy sauce, msg, starch, abalones
1. cross half-slice abalone to make "flower" look before marinate them with ingredients;
2. steam the abalones
3. pour hot oil on top of the just steamed abalone to seal flavor in of abalones before serving.
