Some how now when I fall of the ledge in dead center there is no ragdoll effect its still the fall down and die like as if you can still defib them.

That's because you can't get get to a dead survivor to revive them. odds are there fucked if there playing on a modded hardcore server, because once the survivor's dead, there dead.
