3 of 4 Westminster, Colorado PD officer J. Miller is an FBI agent

Police officer J. Miller #0821 of Westminster, Colorado PD is an FBI agent, illegally on staff operating for the FBI, committing extortion under the color of official right.

Note he is oriental yet has "Miller" as lastname. That is unlikely his real name it is an alias, when the FBI puts agents in the field they use fake names for the agents.

This police officer targetted me by electronic surveillance as he was guided to me by NSA agent Virginia Newbon using a cell phone. The officers all carry cell phones and thus operate their public position as a local police officer for Westminster for the FBI for persons not even in Colorado. This is felony level conspiracy. The NSA has waged psychological warfare on me, goto Facebook and look up "RUSH" to bring up a group showing complaints about crimes of the FBI & NSA.
