i shot him down with an assault rifle and i also thought (and had been doing for AGES) that those combat fors/brutes had them and i shot them down, looked for the skull and never found it! haha how stupid i was

no there's an extra skull that doesn't have an achievment or a slot in the skull section, and it doesn't do anything, it's there for fun

yes its on cortana and if you finished the level with the skull in your hand you start next level with a spartan laser

lol fog skull effects your minimap so you don't have it. but combine blind and fog...fog has no effect because you can't see your HUD.
