SCIENCE FAIR 2009

This was our 2009 science fair project. We tested the different amounts of grease in chips to see which chip is the healthy choice. In our experiment, we hammered the same sized chip onto a brown paper bag, then measured the circumference of the grease stain. To further the experiment, we took 6 other chips, around the similar size, then took "oil blotting papers" and pressed them down on the chip for 5 seconds. In both tests, we discovered that sun chips was the healthiest choice.
