He's been a guest on American tv since the 80's. I had a friend see him at a charity event held for his company. He was front row and said that it is 100% real. He said you can see the billiard ball going down his throat.

From 3:37-3:40, I wonder how he brings the sugar back all dry. I once put sugar in my mouth without swallowing it and without drinking a glass of water which Stevie did, and when I spit the sugar out, it came out all wet because of my saliva.
