  • can you add raisins to the plums? and i had learnd that you usually cook meat wih parsley or cilantro? hat it adds flavor? any advice on that? thanks a lot Alia, great recipe

  • if you would like to cook meet with raisins check my other recipe in my website or youtube channel called "mrouzia" - it's meat cooked with onions and raisins - but I would not add them to this recipe. For meat I would use mostly parsley and for chicken cilantro :-)

  • Are you moroccan, or did you learn these your recipes from someone else? I only ask, because I didn't realize morocco had such fair skinned people, but then again, the only moroccan person I actually know is a restauranteur I met just two nights ago in NY

  • I am Moroccan and yes, Moroccans have fair skin (north) as well as dark skin (south regions) :-)

  • good job, i like it

  • so glad you enjoyed it!

  • OKHENT, you are not convinced??? The question is, have YOU been to Morocco? What exactly is your question? Morocco is a very rich country culturally, no one video can reflect your limited experience with Moroccan food. So, it may be news to you, but there is nothing un-Moroccan about this.

  • @bladimaghrib What kind of stupid question is this? Actually two stupid questions.

  • Thank you Alia for your generosity. You have helped me a lot to learn to feed my Moroccan husband! By the way his mom's name is Alia too :) I tried this recipe and it turns out better than all my sisters in laws' traditional recipes!

  • I finally tried this recipie and It was so good my husband invited his friends to taste it and they went crazy for it, since they cannot make it, now on friday I will make it for my mom and dad who want to try it. its so mouth watering.

Thank you Alia I LOVE YOU!!! thank you for everything you do.

  • Alia the you so much!sounds delicious don't listen to these negative people your cooking is wonderful.keep those recipes coming.

  • @MrDemolitionman99 It's obvious that your head has been demolished by your ignorance and backwardness. When did Alia say that you have to buy non-halal meat. If you care so much, buy your own halal meat and don't go giving advice to people on what they should eat or not eat.

What are you doing on youtube anyway? It's been religiously proven that youtube and the internet are the ways of the kuffar, so shame on your for mixing with the unbelievers here - good Muslim.

  • Thank you! I have been looking for this recipe!

  • @hummingbird975 canola oil are corn or sunflower cooking oils not olive oil.

  • salam alia i have a question am ilham from NY are you muslim ? did you buy the meat from halal store?

  • what is Canola Oil? does it have another name
