Raw footage from the Baltimore City Hall protest of Steala Dixon's pension plea bargain. This is part 1 of a two part video.

I couldn't get there until after 5pm so I missed a lot of things. I believe the first woman who spoke is Sylvia Harris, mother of the late former city councilman Ken Harris. The second man I can't remember but he ran for mayor or city council president. If someone could help me ID him I'd appreciate it!
