He put his heart and sweat and blood (literally he got just put through the ringer with all the stunts) and to have it flop, was just terrible. I really love this movie, the costumes, the settings, the characters are all so rich and different. It's too bad that American audiences couldn't understand some of the historical accuracies (ie the Alexander with men, women, eunuchs) some of the scenes in this movies are just incredible (some of the most amazing I've ever seen) .

Thank you so much for posting this. The documentary style enhanses the story of the journey these actors made. It certainly shows the emotional investment of Colin Farrell in becoming Alexander.

So true, Alexander would look at his men in the eye and for some reason they felt as if w/e the King asked was possible....

I would give everything i have to just spend a few hours speaking with him,looking at him and his Companions,and then think: If you guys only knew what the world thinks of you and Alexander 2400 yrs from now...
