    - The album / EP in question is not an official release, just a vinyl bootleg that was floating around way back when (I remember almost buying a copy in the mid-80's). Other than this track, it includes several other early demos like "The Fool" and "Life On a Distant Planet" (Or "Magic Carpet" or whatever the actual title is).

    This sounds like it's from a cassette recording being played in a player that's a little too fast because Bono's voice sounds a little too high. But this is definitely Bono. I like the hints at the New Year's Day piano part. Plus just a really moving poem.
