I think you are the one smoking weed if you think there should have been a flag. This was a perfectly legal hit to the midsection. Was the defender supposed to pull up and not try to tackle him? People like you are turning this game into two hand touch football. People need to realize football is a rough sport and hits like this happen every now and then. It is part of the game. Everybody has to take a shot like this and if they can't handle it they shouldn't be in the NFL.

How is that unnecessary roughness? I'm really asking. If you play in the confines of the rules, it's legal. When you get a shot like that, as a football player, you learn to take it. As a linebacker in college, I've learned that once you hesitate or pull up, the offense wins. Hits like that are a combination of opportunity and execution. If he pulled up even a bit, with Reggie Bush's agility, he would've missed. Off & Def players know this; you partially have to play the game to understand.
