BTW, for these people mocking the whole "helmets look lame, no helmets are cool" doesn't make you a better rider, it does make you stupid though being as how helmets are recommended no matter WHERE You live. I can ride a bike well with or without a helmet, but prefer to wear on in case some asshole hits me on the road, I land on my head at least I'll be alive. I'd love to see those who hate on helmet protection to test vs. helmet people. Both ride, land on your head and see who lives and not ;)

@hetmannetje not every corner, believe it or not some parts and states of USA are hard to find guns since some states it's illegal to carry, own firearms...

@juki0h I think I'd rather be "super protected" then worry about if someone thinks I look "super gay" or not, there's a lot of slick looking helmets you know. Hope you don't land on your head then kiss your ass goodbye.

Every country has his protection issues.
In Holland you don't need to wear a helmet, and in America you can buy guns on every corner for your own protection. ;-).
