We usually try to record the music during the early part of the night (less customers, less noise)...

Absolutely beautiful; I only wish that the water dropping in the background was absent (so I can better concentrate on the music!) but otherwise that was a beautiful rendition.

IF it is possible, could you make another recording without the water dripping? I would love to listen to it on my iPod.
