The last in the series on Effective Eating is rule number 6 which is Give Your Body Control of your Weight - Think Long Term. Short term, quick diets give you short term results. Although it can be satisfying to lose weight quickly the rebound is certain and depression follows when we you get fatter than ever. When becoming a natural eater you are encouraged to think long term about your weight - take the focus off weight loss and put your attention on the changes you are making internally - to your thinking, your attitude towards your body and to your natural body signals.
