  • hmm I dunno if I agree with the ab training, the abs are just like every other muscle in the body why train them differently? Ulisses obviously is gifted with great genetics, I rekon if he trained abs like his other body parts he would still have that 8pack no matter what!

  • Pft. More like 8 pack

  • Good tips, much appriaciation Ulisses

  • First time hearing him talk and no offense thought he was going to have more of an "un-intellectual" sound to him but he was super smart good job loved the tips!

  • Not liking and hating are different things. I don't like cardio because I am forced to do it a shitload but, I don't hate it. You should know that. Lifting weights, does NOT make you healthy, and according to you, lifting weights affects the cardio system severely, But, I do have to change what I said by taking absolutely out of my quote. It helps to a degree but, by no means, can lifting weights alone make someone healthy, as cardio can.

  • Yes, this is stuff I know but, that's not what you said. You said lifting weights, you did not say that having muscle will burn more calories. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. But, what I do want to see, is one person that has an 8-pack that does NOT do any type for cardio workout, that's isn't someone who's suffering from malnutrition or bulemia.

If you like I can send you a myriad of studies proving this, or you can do a google search. More muscle=higher metabolism. higher metabolism=burning more fat. You have a lot to learn. Please stay in school.

"lifting weights has absolutely no benefit towards overall health."I HOPE YOU ARE KIDDING; Absolutely wrong. I challenge you to find one valid study stating that weight training has no positive benefits towards your health. Lifting weights taxes the cardiovascular system heavily. "I don't really like cardio" -you "if you hate cardio, then you're a lazy bastard" -you. So you are a lazy bastard according to you?

  • And if you think that lifting weights really burns more calories than cardio workouts, then I really don't even know what to tell you, because you are beyond trying to save.
