i think theirs like inconvenient truths to have that don't feel good but are what life is before realising how to 'get a grip' because all of this is somewhat vague only in that it applies to everything - the subject is 'life'. so i think the answer is in neuroscience - literally learning how the mind works. because after all everything is real and thus scientific. before then i'll just add in i think the best natural high comes from creative visualisation done right essentialy from learning. ty

I love and *needed* this video -- and I fully believe I attracted it into my life, because the past few days I've been agonizing over making the "right" life choices, or choosing the "right" career path. This video just affirmed for me that there's no right or wrong, only choices. There's a wonderful quote from the film Across the Universe where the actor playing Jude says, "Surely, it's not *what* you do, its *the way you do it*" So, thank you again for shining the light on this situation!
